Baby Joe is one of Bruno's orange relatives. The little bear actually did not have a name when Bruno got to know him. But when they saw him, Bruno and Foxi decided to call him Baby Joe.

How did Baby Joe occur in Bruno's life?
Like all his relatives, Baby Joe appeared in Bruno's life very late. In the beginning, Bruno did not even know that he had any other relatives than his missed brother Kasimir.
Both, Bruno and Foxi, loved the little orange bear when they saw him. Foxi, however, was even more fond of him because he was so tiny and rather his colour. He decided to help Bruno with Baby Joe's upbringing and soon started carrying him around wherever he went. Baby Joe turned out to be quite an artistic baby. That's why Bruno eventually started wondering what roots he and his relatives had....
