Where was Foxi?
The little fox should have been back from his shopping long ago. Something could have happened to him. As Bruno was already falling asleep again, he was not able to worry about Foxi too much. His last thought was: Foxi is a clever and wise fox and will not get lost.
When Foxi came home soon afterwards, a heavy snore greeted him. Foxi immediately knew what this meant: Bruno had overworked and fallen asleep from exhaustion. In addition, he must have had a big meal. Otherwise, his snoring would be different. He knew his friend too well.
In order not to disturb Bruno’s sleep and make him comfortable for the night, Foxi dragged the duvet from the sleeping room to the sofa and covered Bruno. Then, he switched off the light and shut the door.
As Foxi was also tired, he could not be bothered to put away his shopping. He decided to go to bed as well and listen to some music. Foxi brushed his teeth and made himself comfortable in the bed. Fortunately, Knut was already sleeping peacefully. Foxi put on his headphones and drifted off.
